Document Management Software Solution

Easton Industrial Air is dedicated to streamlining all of our processes. We have embraced the challenge of the demands of documentation deliverables by implementing documentation software specifically tailored for the vendors of large EPC (Engineering Procurement Contractor) projects. As it focuses on tagged components, the manual labor in our system is reduced, making it easier to deliver necessary project documentation. This solution creates and connects the document register to the order information, and digitally create document metadata as well as document specific tag lists. This data is then utilized in complying to vendor submission specifications. This system attaches customer specified cover sheets to each document, includes all related metadata as well as tag lists, monitors approval status, transaction history, location, and due dates. Also, it generates each document collection, record book, shipping dossier, etc. necessary for the application.
